Submission Guideline

Welcome to CIEA2025 Guidelines, designed to help you navigate through the submission process, discover exciting opportunities, and make the most of your participation in our event.

Originality and Plagiarism

Submissions must present original research that has not been previously published or concurrently submitted elsewhere. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work. Manuscripts will be subjected to plagiarism detection software, and any paper with a similarity index exceeding 15% may be rejected.

Manuscript Formatting

All submissions must be in English. Manuscripts should be prepared using either Microsoft Word, adhering to the provided conference templates. Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, with double-line spacing throughout the document. Employ a numeric citation style (e.g., [1], [2], [3]) for in-text references and compile a corresponding numbered list at the end of the manuscript.

Ethical Considerations

All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research and approved the final manuscript. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research outcomes. Authors should be prepared to provide access to the data supporting their findings upon reasonable request.

Submission Process

All manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the conference's official submission system. Submissions must be completed by the specified deadlines. Late submissions may not be considered. Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Authors will be notified of the review outcomes and any required revisions.

Extended Versions for Publication Consideration

Selected high-quality conference papers may be invited to submit extended versions for publication consideration. It is important to note that such invitations do not guarantee acceptance. The extended manuscript should include at least 30% new content, such as additional experiments, deeper analysis, or expanded discussion. The conference version must be properly cited in the extended manuscript to acknowledge the initial publication. The acceptance of extended versions will be subject to a separate, rigorous peer-review process conducted by the publication entity. Authors should understand that an invitation to submit an extended version does not imply any obligation or guarantee of publication.
