Submission Guideline

Welcome to our Conference Guidelines, designed to help you navigate through the submission process, discover exciting opportunities, and make the most of your participation in our event.

Article Submission

Authors are invited to submit their papers, limited to 8 pages. Please use the conference website for article submissions. Notification of article acceptance will be sent out by January 31, 2024.

Article Format

The article format is not a concern for the authors. The conference team will take care of formatting the accepted articles according to the conference standards

Camera-Ready Paper Submission

If your paper is accepted, you will need to submit the final camera-ready version by June 1, 2024. This version will be published in the conference proceedings.

Language

The conference will be conducted in English, and all submissions must be in English.

Publication

Selected papers will be published in renowned journals, with the names of the journals to be announced soon.

Certificates

All authors of accepted articles will receive electronic certificates in recognition of their valuable contributions.
